I know with my own personal experience after a situation occurs, I look back to see how I solved and if there were any other ways on how to improve my thinking and learning. Therefore, it is important to understand your way of learning to help improve the choices and actions you make.

By having the ability to understand your learning approaches this can create different learning patterns, and this can help learn from each other too. That being said, learning is crucial in law enforcement since officers are always learning whether it is from each other to solve cases. By looking at your way of learning it can help change the ways that you see things around you. Overall, by understanding different aspects of our learning styles it can really benefit us just by collaborating with each other.
